Who you're dealing with

Hitesh & Ziya is a two-person studio run by Hitesh and Ziya. There is no larger company behind us, no sales team and no subcontracted delivery pool. When you hire us, you get us.

What we do and don't do

We provide content strategy, scripting, filming direction, AI avatar and voice production, editing, thumbnail and packaging design, publishing and analytics reporting for YouTube and Instagram.

We do not guarantee growth, views, subscribers, followers, revenue or any other outcome. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the work itself, delivered on the agreed scope and schedule.

Engagements, billing and cancellation

Work runs month to month. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee. Pricing is agreed on a call before anything starts, and confirmed in writing.

Invoices are raised in advance for each month. Work pauses if an invoice is unpaid past its due date. You can pause or cancel at any time, effective from the end of the month you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months.

Scope, revisions and turnaround

Each tier states what is included. Anything outside it is quoted separately before we start.

Revision rounds are stated per tier. A revision means notes on work we delivered, collected and sent in one pass. A change of direction after approval is new work, not a revision.

Turnaround times are measured from the point we have everything we need from you. Delays in footage, access or approvals move the delivery date by the same amount.

What you need to give us

Raw footage, brand assets, channel access and timely approvals. We will tell you exactly what is needed at the start of each engagement.

You confirm that anything you send us is yours to use, including music, footage, logos and any likeness other than your own.

How we use AI, and what that means for you

We use AI throughout production: competitor and topic research, first-draft scripting, rough-cut assembly, thumbnail variant generation and description drafting. Every output is reviewed and edited by one of us before it reaches you. Nothing is auto-published.

Where a tier includes an avatar or voice model, that model is trained on material you provide and is used only for your channel. We will not use your likeness or voice for anyone else, and we will delete the trained model on request when the engagement ends.

Who owns the work

Final delivered work is yours once the invoice covering it is paid. That includes videos, thumbnails, scripts and any published assets.

We keep ownership of our internal templates, processes and project files. If you need editable project files, ask and we will quote for handover.

We may show finished work in our portfolio and on our own channels unless you ask us in writing not to. Tell us at any point and we will take it down.

Confidentiality

Anything you share that isn't public stays between us. That covers unreleased content, launch plans, numbers and anything else you mark confidential. It applies during the engagement and after it ends.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the issue arose.

We are not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunity, or the actions of platforms outside our control, including account strikes, demonetisation, algorithm changes or content removal by YouTube or Instagram.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will tell active clients directly before the change takes effect. Continuing to work with us after that counts as accepting them.
